We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, including sizes, finishes and configurations. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Please confirm dimensions, shelf counts and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may limit quantities or cancel orders affected by an error, in which case we will refund any payment made.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues or errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is not confirmed until payment is accepted.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names, including Lozier, are used to identify products and belong to their owners.

Safe use and limitation of liability

Shelving must be assembled, loaded and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and within rated capacities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site applies to your use at that time.
